I am going to give an honest review about my college.

The college management is very good and helpful. The college can be called to come in the level above average. I will discuss here all the good as well as bad views about my college.

I had no other option. Actually, I had failed to register for the second councilling and the college given to me in the first councilling was not of my kind and my wish. I had heard the name of this college very much. During those days I had decided to prepare for the entrance exams and appear again in the next year. One day one of my friends told me to that they were admitting students directly just by seeing their wbjee marks and so we went there that day only and we got admitted with our wbjee rank directly without any extra charges.

The course is of 4 years. It is a bachelor course in mechanical engineering. There are 8 semesters in these 4 years. Each semester we had to give our university exams under maulana Abul kalam Azad university if technology. There is two internal exams taken by the college professors of which marks they sent to the university to add up in the university exam marks.

No my college does not provide any internship moreover it gives permission to its students to go for an internship by signing their n.o.c..

Placement is average in my college like all the other colleges in west Bengal. People in IT department like computer science and information technology gets placed very easily and also got an attractive package from the college only, but the placement record of core branches like civil and mechanical engineering is not so good. Moreover, the number of companies coming to hire civil and mechanical engineers is increasing year by year, it us the talent if students also to be get placed. In 2018 more than 10 companies had arrived to hire civil as well mechanical engineers, some doing pool campusing and some coming for this college only including TVS motors.

There are many events celebrated in our college. All the pujas are celebrated here in the college campus with great joy like Vishwakarma puja, Lakshmi Puja, Durga Puja. Apart form pujas we celebrate teacher's day, college annual day. There is a fresher party conducted by the college for the freshers every year. Moreover, there are many events celebrated in our college like sports meet, college fest every year.

The fees structure is feasible for a middle-class family. For 2019 pass out batch the course fee for b tech students is 3.5 lakhs. The fee is laid semester wise through demand draft made by the student from the bank. Middle-class family can afford the course fee by taking loans and scholarships.

The college does not offer any scholarship or loan but can help to get the loan and scholarship. The college will not be creating any problem for signing in the loan or scholarship application if you are eligible for that particular loan or scholarship.

The campus life is very good. The campus of the college is not so small as well as it is also not so big like lpu. The seniors are respected very much in this by the juniors and also the seniors care for the juniors too. The labs are very good and have almost all the apparatus. Robotics are also taught in tge college by some group of students. There is a sports meet held every year in the college campus. The overall campus life and extra curriculum activities are very good and helpfull in this college.

The hostel is the worst part of the college. The facilities are good but the students living in the hostels are not good in behaviour as well as studies as compared to the day scholars. The mess food is also good. The hostel is clean and hygienic but the securities of the hostel are not good. People living in the hostel are treated very free without any restrictions.

Yes, the seniors of this college use to be very helpful and caring for their juniors of every batch. They can do such things for you beyond your expectations if u just respect them.

There are 8-semester exams in 4 years of course. In one year there are 2 university semester exams conducting under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad university of technology in the college only. There are two internal exams each of 30 marks conducted by the college professors only so that to send the marks of the students from the college to the university.

I went there with my wbjee rank card and all other certificates including my secondary and higher secondary report cards. I went to the admission cell and tell them that I had come here for admission. First of all, they ask me that weather I had came through wbjee counselling and I said them no and then they ask me about management quota and again I deny them. Then I tell them that I had come here for direct admission, then ask for my certificates and calculate marks and ask me about the branch which I want to take and I really them mechanical and they said yes. And in this way, I was admitted to the college.

The faculties are very good and helpful and at the same time, they are very knowledgeable also. Students who show interest to them and behave well with them and do their classes, the faculties use to give their phone no's. as well as email id so that whenever they want it face any problem in that particular subject they can directly contact the faculties.
