Course Curriculum Overview

I really enjoyed studying commerce here. The teachers explain in the best way. When I ask again, they tell me more. There are many courses here like B.Com BA etc. Other activities are also done here.

Internships Opportunities

When I took admission I got an offer for internship twice but I was not interested so I did not do it. Both were a great opportunity. I don't remember on which project I was.But as per my instructions b

Placement Experience

I don't know much about placements, how much they cost. But I do know that placements are very high and they are linked to companies like Amazon.I don't know its highest average package because I am a 2 year student. My plan is to get a degree and through it get a job in a good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is also provided here. The fees here include library charges and other charges as well. They also have many channel partners who are linked to big companies who provide scholarships. There are also subjects related to finance in the course.

Campus Life

There are many social activities here too As far as I have been watching, I have participated in two festivals, one sparkels'23 and the other rhapsody'24. I got very good facilities in them and there is a library here where all types of books are available.And on saying this I asked for more

Admission

When I took admission, its first cutoff was around 70. I took admission in the second cutoff for some reason. The admission process is very quick Their maximum cutoff is 4. The minimum cutoff is 65.

Faculty

The education in Maitreyi college is good and the placements here are also good. This is a girls college. There are hostel facilities here. Food is also available at good prices in the canteen. The washrooms here are also clean. For water

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college has become very active from this year and is bringing various internship as well as placement opportunities in the college . Students of the 5th sem i.e. 3rd year are eligible for placements. Average package of the college is around ?5-6 lac p.a.. My plan after getting a degree is to go for a corporate job , if provided on campus well and good otherwise to find one myself off campus .

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

I have applied to aryabhatta College before Maitreyi College for Women. So comparison to this college Maitreyi colleges stands out on various aspects:- Before 2024 the admission process is entirely dependent on merit list and the cutoffs. But from 2024 the admission process changed and now Cuet Exam is mandatory. A valid score of cuet and 12 th class is required.
