Review about Chandernagore College.

In the commerce stream, there are many scopes that's why I chose this course, and in this college, there are some really great teachers who teach greatly. Studying this course helps me to know more about financial matters. The timing of exams is good. The difficulty levels of the question paper vary, sometimes it's very easy and sometimes it's very hard.

There are actually not much internship facilities. But we have got one free training course of tally for 2months during semester 3. It was a great experience we have learned all the basic things of tally and GST.

Placement is available from the last semester. Many companies visited for placement offers like- ITC, etc. which offers packages of Rupees 25000 to 30000 per month. All students can apply for the placement then the company will take your test and then interview, then you will get the job if they are satisfied.

College Fees are not very high. I have taken extra tution which costs me monthly Rupees 500. The total cost of education including everything is approx.4100 yearly I have received Swami vivekananda schollership of rupees 12000 each per year for 3 years. There are other scholarships too.

There are many books in the library. Any college student can read it. And if any students want to take the book at home then also it's possible. Although there is no playground in the college still there is enough place to play cricket and badminton, etc.

The college has a healthy student-teacher ratio of 21:1, ensuring a dedicated and devoted teaching-learning environment The quality of teaching is very good. But ofcourse in every college there are some teachers who don't like to teach much so there are some in our college too. Whenever I have some queries I can approach the teacher to ask.

No, I haven't faced any writing test during admission because during my time there was the Covid pandemic. So admission tests were not taken. For the admission process - everything is done online.
