Attendence is not mandatory and helps to learn alot
Student can learn skills and can do any other course
Student learn to be confident and learn to communicate with gesture

Grading system is not good. As us write everything but didn't get scored upro the mark

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good we have leaked alot from course. Prepares us for real world as it gives alot of opportunity for future Teachers should often ask questions from the students Exams are moderate not to hard nor to easy.

Class Size: 4Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of it is very reasonable and anyone from below middle class can easily study. Their area no scholarships . They provide books for 1200 and 1200 for exam fees Complete course could be done in between 5000 to 6000.

Campus Life

Overall experience was good We make new friends get to know about the world Get to know about many people out there . Get to participate in some seminar Gain knowledge about the projects Assignments to be made.

Admission

Admission process is Fully online We have to go through website and fill out the form and submit our details. Fees is also given while filling out the form After 2 months they provide email for books to be purchased.

Faculty

Faculty are highly qualified. They teaches with alot of patience and are enthusiastic about teaching to everyone. Some has done P.hd and some have done post graduated. Student are also very serious about their study . We can entrance either from phone or we can email them at any time and teacher gives response within 2 hours.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Ignou: Flexibility And Disappointment

I had also applied in DU for B.Sc. (Hons) Statistics but the cutoffs were very high and only a few top colleges offered that course. DU SOL also did not provide B.Sc. courses at that time, so I finally chose IGNOU. The admission process is fully online through the IGNOU website. You need to sign in, upload your Class 10 and 12 marksheets, Aadhaar or other supporting documents, fill personal details, and pay the course fee. For most courses you just need to pass Class 12, but for some courses there is a percentage requirement or specific subjects needed to study in class 12 like in my case maths. My overall admission experience was okay, but the approval process took a long time. In my case, it took almost 3 months to finally get the confirmation of admission....Read More
