Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is the same all over the world. You should focus on applying it in the real world. The curriculum taught at Delhi University is a little outdated and it doesn't prepare you for the real world. The curriculum needs to be updated. Exams are usually in the month of May and June for even no. of semesters and in December, and January for the odd no.of semesters.
Placement Experience
The college has a dedicated placement cell for placement purposes. The average package for b com hons is around 3L-4L per annum. The highest is around 16 L per annum in my knowledge. Various types of companies show at the time of placement such as Paytm, Amazon, etc. There is a minimum of 7.5 cgpa required to sit in the placement for the college
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 45,075 for 3 years of b.com hons in Satyawati College. The fees haven't been increased in a while. There are various types of scholarships available as per reservation, scores, etc. all the details about it are available on the college Website. College has its own placement cell which helps you to grab an intership.
Campus Life
All the societies are available and I must say the societies are really active, and you must join a society. This will increase your practical knowledge regarding the world and society and make you work like an employee so you actually learn a lot. Enactus and corporates are one of the most active societies in the college.
Admission
The admission is based on the cuet exam basis. The cutoff is generally on the higher side for the general category, as I am from the general category my score was 700/800. The admission process is slightly delayed every year and I think they should do something about it.
Faculty
The faculty available are really experienced and an expert in their field. The only thing is that you have to approach them for your queries, as you're in a college, you won't be spoon-fed like you were in the schools. Although faculty are always available for your query.
