The curriculum at SST is perfect for someone who's interested in CS and would like to pursue a career in tech. We get real-world problems to solve and it helps us to broaden our knowledge. There are super mentor sessions where we have people from google, adobe, dukaan come in and share their experiences with us. There are mid-sems and finals conducted in every trimester with the exam difficulty being medium - high.

There are companies like dukaan and videoverse coming in and giving assignments and then choosing the students for interview. These are paid internships. There will be more companies in the future for the internship opportunities and placement.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

The tution fees is pretty high but there are scholarships available. There are 2 different kinds of scholarship available, 1. Brightest Minds and 2. Women in Tech Scholarship. The total fees is around 20lakhs which includes hostel facilitites. We are being provided Bits Pilani degree too.

Campus life was pretty dull until last month since we didn't really have any facilities. But now as they are expanding the campus we now have canteen and a turf where we can play and get rid of stress and we also have Basketball Court . There are Different clubs at SST like, Sports club, Cultural Club, CP (competitve programming) club, OS (open source) club, Robotics club and a few more. Every club has 2 events every month. There are also 4 different houses and we compete against each other in events and it is really fun.

Students who had Maths in their 12th are eligible and maximum age is 20 years. The application form, fees and dates are all available on their official website. The admission process wasn't really easy. It is divided into 2 parts, NSET Exam - which consists of Math, Learnability and Logical Reasoning sections. The Math section mainly consists of probability and statistics. This is divided into 2 parts: The first is the Maths round - where the interviewer checks if you have really solved the maths questions in the exam or passed by other means. The second is the dream and aspirations round - where the interviewer asks about the goals and why do you wanna join SST.

The faculty to student ratio does not really matter in SST, since we have BSM(Batch Success Manager) who are there to help whenever required as they live with us in the hostel. The teachers are experienced working professionals who have worked in companies like SnapDeal, Amazon, Google. So they know how to guide the students. We can interact with them whenever we are in any dilemma.
