I love the way. The curriculum is structured. It's very hands on and industry relevant.

High fees as compared to other colleges with may lead to blockage for few families

Total tuition fees without scholarship is 16.9 lakh bits fees is 3.13 lakhs one time commitment fee is ?50000. Accommodation is 5.89 lakhs for double sharing. Total payable is 22.8 lakh without scholarship. There are mainly two types of scholarships one is brightest mind for exceptional performance in academics and second is women in tech for women who have achieved something in technology fields. They have loan partners with bank and good financial aids.

The lectures are always recorded so that if u happen to miss them, then u can simply go and watch the class recordings
Curriculum-If we just follow what scaler teaches us diligently then by 4th year u can expect yourself to be at the level of a Senior SDE.

The fee structere is failry starightforward and applies uniformly to all students, regardless of category. it doesn't have any reservation system. Tution fees: 2200000 everything is covered in the tution fees only. SSt offers finacial aid and scholarships mainly through: Merit-Cum-Need-Scholarships: This based on a combination of entrace perfromance and finacial backeground. Merit-Based: This offers to students who performed well in other competitve exams. you can get a maximum of 25% of scholarship, this is on the basis of what my batchmates have gotten

My experience with Scaler School of Technology - A brief review

Since the college is new, the grading system is not that solid and could be a bit volatile at times.
I feel that the fees is a bit on the pricey side.

The fees our batch is supposed to pay is around 22 Lakh INR (in total) and the yearly fee varies around 4-5 lakh. No reservations in case of fees and the fees does increase every few years due to inflation adjustment. All of my batchmates do pay the same fee. There are scholarships based on merit for select people, most of the times it is 20% but for exceptional cases it could go upto 50.

The course is designed in such a way that students learn the latest skills needed in the tech industry.

The total course fee is 22,00,000 for the batch of 2024 (has increased fro the upcoming batch). The tution fee is as: First Year - 3,25,000 Second Year - 4,00,000 Third Year - 4,00,000 Fourth Year - 3,25,000 Scholarships are available for those who have: Achieved high feat in codeforces, codechef or holding a tech award. Scored a good percentile in JEE Mains (around 98-99%ile). Having offer letters from top colleges. Special scholarships for female students (conditional). Merit based scholarship.

The New Gen College: Scaler School of Technology

The curriculum of the college is quite industry ready with it being updated regularly.

We only have a single course here and the total fees for 4 yearsincluding hostel, mess, courses and other things usually amount to 25 lakhs, yealy it nearly amounts to 6 lakhs depending on the type of rooms you prefer and other details.

Experience at SST

my total fees that i will be paying for 4 years is Rs 2189000. And the breakdown goes as follows. The non refundable commitment fee is Rs 50000. In scaler, we r provided with bits pilani bsc degree. so we need to pay for the bits too. For the sem 1, the scaler fees is Rs 99833 and bits fee is Rs 52,167. And hostel fees is payed only once every year during sem 1. The hostel fees for sem1 is Rs 1,43,000. For the sem2, scaler fees is Rs 1,39,833 and bits fee is 52,167.

the curriculum strikes a good balance between theory and hands on coding. Projects aare a regualr part of learning

the total course fee for the 2024-2028 is approximately 23,00,000 rupees, which is includes both hostel and tution fee. the fee is not uniformly structured i.e it changes as per the year like I paid 4 lakhs in the first year while I will be paying 6 lakhs for the second year. A refundable deposit of 10,000 rupees will be charged for the hostel acccomodation.
