Course Curriculum Overview
Each semester includes three exams, along with seminars, projects, and assignments. This structure is good for applying the knowledge we've studied. Starting from the third year, there will be guided support for placements.
Placement Experience
We have a active placement cell that provides guidance starting from the third year. The placement process includes an English and aptitude test, followed by a group discussion and interview. Various reputable companies visit our campus for recruitment for sure.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
The fee structure is affordable, being a government college. In the first year, students can apply for various scholarships and some selected students receive support from alumni too. Also students eligible for egrants can apply for that.
Campus Life
Campus life is vibrant, with friendly people and a wide range of extracurricular activities. Student clubs like IEEE, ISTE, SAE, Ideator, Astral Space Club, and Gynathra Quiz Club are very active in organizing events. The college union also hosts various programs, and the college Kalolsavam "urakke" is a major highlight. Our cultural and tech fest, Dyuthi, is also a big event.
Hostel Facilities
We have hostels ,LadiesH and MensH available inside campus itself, its for selected students based on distance and income. Others typically choose PG accommodations or private hostels outside the campus.
Admission
Admission is through the KEAM entrance exam, and students with ranks below 10k can expect to secure a spot in various undergraduate programs here. Admissions will be usually around September mid time.
Faculty
While the teachers are approachable and knowledgeable, making them great for asking research questions and supporting startup initiatives, it's important to complement their lectures with self-study and referring to library books
