Best Medical College in the State for MBBS

The MBBS course has a well prepared Curriculum which really helps us to prepare the students for becoming Good Doctors in the future. Exams are the reason why most of the Students open their books and even the Practical exams and the vivas may sometimes be haunting but definitely are memorable experiences.

The Internship takes place for 1 year in the Hospital Associated to the College named Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Memorial Hospital which is the Largest Government hospital of the State and is functioning since 1995 and has the State of the Art Facilities from the MRI, CT machines to the Advanced Cardiac Institute and Regional Cancer Centre.

Each year, the College charges a fees of Rs. 50,000 which includes the Government Fees, the Non-Government fees. And Every Year Exam fees are Excluded from these fees and cost an approximate amount of Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5000 based on the number of subjects every year. And if one has a Category, and gets enrolled they get the scholarship which covers the entire fees and is even more. And for the Stipend during the Internship year, the Present amount per month is Rs. 15900 which has just been increased.

The Social life provided by the College is Wonderful especially the Annual Fest which happens every year and is one of the most Memorable moments of the college life. This fest includes a Wide range of events from Outdoor to Indoor Sports, Cultural events, Dances, Musical Events, Fine-art events. The College has its Own Dance Team named "THE ECTOPIC BEATS" which has Won many Awards for the College from many events also in AIIMS RAIPUR's ORIANA. The College also has its Own Musical Team named "THE DULL APRONS".

The Eligibility of MBBS course in this College is presently obviously only through the NEET-UG exam and the Cut off varies from year to year. The number of seats the college has is presently 180 which is the highest in the state for any college and is a decent number. The Internal Exams occur Twice Yearly, the first being the Half-Yearly and the second being the Pre-University Exams.

The Teaching Faculty or the Professors over here are themselves Top Doctors and Surgeons of the State, so no doubt they are Awesome. They are friendly and yes, if one is really that studious and asks Doubts, they are very much responsive.
