Let's come to the main point why I choose this college - First of all, I live in Serampore which is 30 km apart from Kolkata and also 30 km apart from Kalyani. I got 91.5% in H.S but couldn't getting any good college. (means very good according to my score and percentage) I applied to Scottish Church college but my rank was about 600 in that college merit list so I given up all hope to get best college. At that time I got this collge and for the timing I opted this college. But after that I felt something different when I permenantly opted this college as a college student. And from 9'0 clock from the morning, there is very crowded in the college so I and my friends waiting for our turn and we all entered in inside the college and waiting that when we will go and verify our documents that we all can get easily admission in Hons. I have not any quota for admission. The minimum criteria were 12th pass and the age limit does not mention there. Then within a specific date, the admission fee of 16945 rupees should be paid. After that the 2nd and 3rd list gradually released and the process was the same.
