Campus of our college is Amazing, specially garden of our college
Class room of our college is decent. And our seminar hall is huge
Our office service is great and it is always open for student.

Dislikes

The canteen facility was not good .. disgusting
Parking area of our campus is too small.
Even playground is too small and in bad condition

Course Curriculum Overview

I did my 12th from science background but In graduation i choose ba because I was interested in government line and in govt line qualification is just required graduation. I suggest that course curriculum is slight easy for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees is semester wise, which vary according to semester.sometimes 1400, sometimes 1250..and at time of admission the fees was 3000approx. And other concession because I belong to ur category.

Campus Life

Every college has run union and in our college there is union. union role in college is to take care of college decorum but in my college it just opposite. My college celebrate most of festivals and any other program nicely . Overall my campus Life is average.

Admission

I choose this college because it was near to my home and it will comfortable for my whole journey of college. My admission process is simple ,when admission is open just fill form online as what course you want to choose and then submit,then list will out and check your name in list.

Faculty

Teachers are intellectual with students. Different types of course is available in our college like for arts background, science background and also for commerce background students. Examination will happend time to time and marking scheme is usual like other colleges nothing special

Night Life

In our college there canteen which was not in good condition,there is library which was fabulous and about playground just only for name or nothing. No hostel facilities. Our run only in day not in night

Placement Experience:

I'm not sure but I think from 3rd year we will be eligible for placements. There are many finance companies, banks like HDFC, SBI, Canara,etc... & companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, PWC,etc.... The highest package last year was like 9.64 LPA & in the year before it was 10 LPA while the average is around 2-2.5 LPA. Around 20% of the total strength gets placement. Even only few % of the total strength applies for the placements. My plan is to take a placement if I can or if not then off campusing and then gather work experience & do MBA later which will give me very benifits.

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

The hustles and joys of a college life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because of the Media and the lab facility, and my desire to understand the entire course in journalism and mass communication. The course that I took gave a bit more theoretical aspects rather than the practical ones. The practical ones were a bit less compared to theory ones. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to encourage more assignments and provide more internship facilities to the students. The frequency of the exams for me was okay, and it was moderate, not difficult.

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

Campus life in Kalyani Mahavidyalaya

Firstly, the college was near to me as compared to other colleges. The infrastructure was also good and well maintained. Secondly, the college has a well maintained online website and all details were available on the site. The application process was also easy. Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Course in Kalyani Mahavidyalay

I chose other colleges like Sarojini Naido Women's College, Lady Brabourne College, Bethune College etc. I got a chance to get admitted in Sarojini Naido Women's College but I preferred my present college due to better course and distance from my home.
