Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Ucms follows the cbme curriculum which was issued in 2019, which works on the principle of competency. All the lectures are guided in such a way that the competency topics are taken more care of. The testing pattern is also based on this.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have much idea about the scholarship opportunities provided by the college. But there are various other programs running in India which provide scholarships to the 1st year mbbs students who need financial assistance.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life here is more or less fun. You have various exams every consecutive week, but the college has various societies which provide opportunity for extracurricular activities beside academics.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Ucms is one of the only medical colleges in Delhi which provide single rooms in the hostel from 1st year itself. Although the rooms aren't in a very good condition but you are free to customise your room based on your comfort.

Admission

Ucms takes admission through the Neet exam. For Aiq the rank closes around 300 for gen category and for duq the closing rank is around 3200 for general category. Seat allotment is done by MCC. The admission process is hectic.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty members at Ucms are well qualified with their degrees. Most of them are doctors who teach the mbbs students to become a good doctor. The faculty is very accessible and supportive. And the system here is student friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to pursue mbbs as it was my field of interest. Here faculty:student ratio is good. All the faculties are well qualified from very well known medical colleges of Delhi and other states. Term exams are held regularly thus helping us to cope up with the pressure. It is quite difficult to pass mbbs as it has a vast syllabus but faculty is always there to help us.
