Course Curriculum Overview

3

Courses in first year are quite basic and electives are also old fashioned but as you go to the second year more technical based subjects are added to your course but most of them might not be beneficial for what you wanted to pursue in your future so students learn and improve their own skill using different platforms

Internships Opportunities

1.5

I certainly do not see any internship opportunities to myself but they provide internship opportunities but only very few people get this. And most of student have to seek internship and job opportunities on their own most skilled students get internship out of the campus if they have cracked the interviews. In other words you have to be on your own in this college, college does not provide too much support in this kind of things

Placement Experience

2.5

They do say about 100% placement but I most certainly do not think so although highest package of college is 110 lpa as they say but it was out of campus placement ,In campus the highest package they have provide is like 30 lpa around and average package is 15 lpa they say but I don't think the average package is even 10 lpa it might be around 8 to 9 lpa .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure for general category is too high like around 172000 but they provide scholarship to reserved category students like for ews and obc student it cut down to around100000 and for other category students it cut down to 30000.even though they are not providing any hostels and neither any scholarship related to hostels, which is the biggest concern.

Campus Life

3

Library is too big but the no. Of books they are providing is most certainly not and they books mostly consist of reference books to the courses provided by college .there are annual festivals and many other club event and they are most certainly enjoyable .classroom are provided with whiteboard, blackboard and projectors and ACs.

Admission

To take admission in this college you have to score good rank in mht vet exam after that you can apply through cap portal of Maharashtra government website and you get allocated through cap round and once you freeze the college you will be provide date to submit your documents and pay fees and then you will be admitted and you have to search for accomodation on your own as the accommodation provided by college is too costly for average middle class students.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty to student ratio is to low like 1 teacher for every 60 students but some teacher got knowledge but does not know how to express it and thus student lose interest and tries to learn from different platforms alsosome teachers are exceeds in bothe teaching and knowledge.

Other Applied Colleges

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - [VJTI] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Engineering)

I opted but didn't get admitted due to lower rank

Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th year onwards and intership + PPO offers from 3rd year itself. The highest package offered was 38.5 LPA by the company GoDaddy, following by Nvidia with 30LPA. Every year 75-80% of the students get placed, including both on and off campus leaving the rest 20% opt for higher studies. Im currently unplaced and the college is still helping me out. After getting the degree I have decied to do job for 2-3 years and then opt for masters degree overseas.

Actually i have decided to only go for computer science but as my entrance exam score was not that much good. So i decided to go for ai&ds branch as it have much scope than cse. Ai&ds syllabus is very much similar to cse branch so not that much difference. Some practical practice need to be improved in place of learning theory.
