Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is pretty much up-to-date. I always wanted to study chemistry in asutosh college as the faculty of chemistry is highly educated and the teachers are very much experienced. The curriculum prepares the students really well for applying the knowledge gained from the college in real world.
Internships Opportunities
There are internship opportunities for students and they are alloted in the research department of institutions like Ramkrishna mission narendrapur. Projects on the topic of sophisticated instruments was alloted to the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
the tuition fees of chemistry is very much less and affordable for every classes of society. The cost of my education, including tuition, service fees and other compulsory charges is thirty thousand rupees. There are no scholarships provided but student credit card is accepted.
Campus Life
The college fests take place in a regular timespan and the college is very enjoyable during those times. Many fests and festivals take place and the name of the freshers is METEORITES. The library of the college is very beneficial and all the essential books for studies are available. The sports occur once a year which includes cricket, football, long jump, short put, badminton etc.
Admission
The eligibility of chemistry honors course is sixty percent in 12th standard. The application form is available online from the college's website and the application form fees is 500-700 rupees. The reservation benefits are that seat will be completely booked for the student. The exams are quite tough and exams take place twice a year.
Faculty
The teachers are very supportive and friendly. They are very much knowledgeable and they are ready to help the students at any point of time. The faculty to student ratio is 30:1 and so every student can approach the teacher without hesitating
