It was good to be a part of that college

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

The fees were based on how much practical we had on every semester. But it was quite decent considering the environment and equipments they had. The complete cost was around 2.5 lacs for 3 years. There was no such scholarships so it was really difficult for financially challenged students. There was sometimes cultural events but there was so such job opportunities.

They held food festivals and various types of cultural events on their campus and it was quite fun and interesting to be a part of that. The Library was quite helpful for us because the books were too high priced so we used to go to library for any additional informations about any topic. Our classroom had air conditioners and they had filters with cold water. For the capacity of 30 students the facilities were good. We had different clubs like dance, singing, environmental etc I was a part of singing club and it was good.

You have to pass the 12 th boards with above 90% marks then only you'll get the college. They always have the application form and all the informations in there official college website. There was reservation policies as I was sc so it was a little bit low cut off for my reservation. The exam pattern and difficulty level was a little bit hard. The admission process was smooth so I would not suggest anything to change about it.

The faculty is very good, they help you with every doubt you have and clear that. You will have 5:1 student teacher ratio so it's really good they will monitor you everyday that how you're doing in your studies and if you have any problem regarding anything. We can interact with them every day whenever we want and they will always clear your doubts effectively.
