Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well constructed and organised which is very helpful for the preparation of many competitive examinations. The exams are difficult and also delayed, results aren't announced in time. Teaching methods are good and are applicable in the real world

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available for the students according to their financial status and other criteria. Scholarships like post metric are very helpful. Stipends are awarded. Job roles are given in the course

Campus Life

Annual and technical fests like exhibition, science day etc are conducted. Library provides every book and journal. Technological provision is given through smart classrooms. Extracurricular activities are also conducted. But other activities like clubs aren't available for pg students

Admission

The eligibility for the course is minimum marks in UG degree. The application is via online mode, application fee is less. Reservation benefits are provided for the eligible students. Exams aren't conducted in time. Admission process is good

The teachers are good and well experienced who are able to teach much deep and meaningful. They assist the students well in their learning and do enough helps for them and also provide them all the essential notes and study materials

In my opinion my course MA History is very very traditional. As a student who learn this could only became a Lecture by the syllabus and curriculum. But the improvement in archealogy related pracrical sessions and multi-subject learning by blending it with more geography and politics could make the course more effective and also job securing.

they do offer placements for both ug and pg. But For Pg Structured palcements are limited. For Pg students, especially in commerce and management placement oppartunites are offered. Companies like Federal Bank, Deloitte mostly offered. Since we had no placements, iam focusing currently on content creation and writing, actively working with online media due to my creative interest.

Course curriculum is great and it helps us to prepare for the real world applications and also for the further academic pursuits.By the materials for the syllabus were most not available so it was so difficult for us to prepare for the exams and also the faculty face it so hard to teach us without proper materials.Also the face difficulty in the question level as we are forced to write the exams without proper materials.Our exams were not properly conducted they have published the exam date all of a sudden eventhough we studied semester wise they conducted exams yearly and 1&2 semester together it had us so hard to prepare for exams.Also our valuation was not properly done so only fews percentage of the students were only passed in the exams.The carelessness of the authorities spoiled life of many students like us.

Remarks:

In comparison to other colleges the exam system and academic system are going great. Exams are conducted on time. But the semester is 6 months and it has 3 exams (2 internal and 1 semester exam) the workload is heavy.
