I also applied to other colleges which are A) post graduate government college of chandigarh -42 B) post graduate government college of chandigarh - 11 But i choose meharchand mahagan dav college over them is that mcm dav college offered vast variety of subject combinations compared to the other colleges which i found very good because as a student I have more options to explore. Mcm dav college offered much better exposure to students in terms of studies, extra curriculum activities, fests, workshops etc. the teachers in mcm dav college are much more experienced and cooperative in this college. i chose this college because of the study pattern in the college its really good and all the faculty members are also very supprtive and i did applied for other colleges but did not ended up taking admission in those because they did not had this coure as in the combined form. the admission process is not thta difficult as you think as nowdays everything is online so you dont even have to go the collgege they would just ask you to submit the major documents thta to online and nothing else...Read More

I applied to all of the colleges under PU but on the top preference, i kept MCM and other than this my second option was Post graduate government college for girls sector 42. It is a pretty nice college too with a better infrastructure than mcm dav college but the faculty and the vibes of mcm are good. As mcm is both a mixture of functions and lots of study. Different types of events keep happening here in this college. Admission process in mcm is very simple, you just need to fill the form for the course you want to take admission in from the website itself. Eligibility for bsc non medical is having to do non medical in 12th class with percentage at least 85% or above.
