i want to serve the people ao I choose this course, very nice CBME curriculum, there is SDL classes and regular examination,3 internal examination in a year and very good curriculum based study. there is also very good pratical classes and well teaching facilities

annual fee about 38950 per year from 1st yr to final yr along with acedemic fees there is also hostel fee about 14009 per yer excluding mess, scholarship like post matric i can get by college authority

very good campus along with different type of functions like our acedemic exhibition and art gallery. apary from that there is deamatic function and anuual function DJ night aned freshers party. along with this there is sports competition

Admission

student must need to crack neet examination for tha mbbs, mkcg is one of the best medical college in odisha, i got 633 out of 720 in neet and i got selected in mkcg there is no reservation for me , complete general category

Faculty

very good faculty members and well teaching facilities. ratio is also very good , there is sufficient number of teachers in ecah and every subject. also there is good interaction and everyone get scope to clear doubt

Course Curriculum Overview:

The only thing that inspires me to go on despite of all the burn outs is the course curriculum. I'm absolutely in love with the course. It's sometime overwhelming that we're gonna deal with the human body tho and the way they teach us specifically the practical part of dealing with patients. Because of the affordable health care provision the patient load in our hospital is pretty good. Hence we get to learn about a lot of cases . Though I consider the learning part to be really good. I feel like there is a need of a better infrastructure in the college . The labs need to be more updated with more advanced equipments . The hostel food menu needs an upgrade too ;-(

The best thing of this college is that you started your clinical posting at very earlier which make mbbs a very pressure free curriculum. The biggest disadvantage of this 5.5 Yr curriculum is once you failed a final exam of any year you have to reappear for one more time and you will be one year back from your batch mates. And exam frequency is very late which do not give a last option to the previous batch student who had fail their exam

We get 4 and half years of Mbbs studies in our college.Plus there are periodic examinations that are held .Most of the examinations are held in offline mode in complete contrast to the online examinations being held all over India.We appeared in around 2 semester ending examination every year plus there is a main examination called University examination which is mandatory to clear for being upgraded to next year
