Course Curriculum Overview

The course and curriculum is very good as compared to other colleges in the area. We have an option to select our own electove for ESC and ETC courses which many colleges do not provide. So it is not necessary to study all esc courses.

Placement Experience

The college has the excellent campus placement . In 2023 the highest campus placement in cse was 63 0000 per annum and the highest was ise which was around 940000 . Which is very good in the current lifestyle and scenario.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is also very reasonable compared to other university and colleges around the city. The college also provide also special scholarship facilities to backward classes. And it also has better campus job.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good to the maximum extent. There are many clubs which includes cultural, technical, coding and many more. These clubs also organises many activities once in a while. The campus life is good

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is also good. The hostel has one sharing, two sharing and three sharing facilities. The food here is better. But only veg and non veg will not be provided. The hostel is also affordable.

Admission

RV is one the top ranked engineering colleges in the state. As my branch is cse for cse the rank of an individual should be below 350 in kcet, and 500 in comed-k. It also has reservation facilities for sc/st.

Faculty

All the faculties are double degree holders, or the phd holders and they are well versed in their fields. The faculty to student ratio is 1:6.the they students with minute and tiny details related to chapetrs. Faculties are very friendly with students.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
