Each semester consists of two internal examinations and one end semester examination. The difficulty level may vary with every exam. The course curriculum covers the basics of electronics and communication engineering and it's real-world applications. Utilising the facilities available at the campus, one can do projects to increase their knowledge.

The college does help in providing internship opportunites, although they are few in number. Students need to find internships at various companies by themselves. Internships can be either paid or unpaid.

Placemnt opportunities are made available by the campus itself. Students become elligible to sit for placements in their seventh semester. Placements are offered from Core and IT companies like TCS, Infosys, SOTI and other companies. Most companies require the students to have no current backlogs to attend their tests.

The fee structure is that of a government aided college. For each even semester it is 3500, and for odd semester 5260 is to be paided. Examination fees, hostel fees, and other institutional fees are also to be paid. Scholarships and fee reduction are available for economically backward and reservation students.

The campus holds two fests; Takshak and Sanskriti. Takshak is the tech fest organised evry odd semester and Sanskriti, the arts fest, is organised every even semester. Both fests are handled by the students themselves. Library facilties are adequate when it comes to academic books and reference papers from interantional societies, but not adequate in terms of non- academic books. Various clubs, both academical as well as hobby clubs are present in the campus.

Hostel facilities are available for both girls and boys. Rooms and dormitories are provided. The meals are provided as breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the eveing. The food quality is satisfying. Hostel registration can be done using college portal and will be awarded based uopn marks and distance from your hometown. The fees is affordable.

For admission, the student needs to qualify KEAM- Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical entrance examination. Reservation benefuts can be availed. Only entrance examination fees is to be paid since the instituion seeks no other payment.

Faculties have educatinational qualifications from IITs, NITs and other reputed institutions. They are well versed in their teachings. The faculty to student ratio is adequate. Each class has a faculty advisor to guide them.
