Course Curriculum Overview

5

Civil engineering is a branch which has wide opportunity in the public sector. Jobs in psu is more promising and it last for a long term the college provides placement even in the IT sectors at international level . Being a civil engineer I would suggest to include more practical knowledge than theory because civil is all about having a practical experience

Internships Opportunities

5

College provides internship opportunities both inside and outside the college in other firms or private companies. Provides a certificate which shows that you are a student of this college which can be used in any company which provides internship with an without stipend

Placement Experience

5

Many companies at the international level come for campus placement, this college has a large alumini chapters across the world in UAE, saudi,UK and many more. Very supportive alumini service is provided which helps to get placed in foreign countries. Other international company such as microsoft wipro L&T provide placement opportunities to students at this college

Fees and Financial Aid

At the beginning I paid 18000 including admission fee,exm registration fee, maintenance fee lab fee etc....i applied for E-grantz scholarship as I belong to OBC category. During the following years college fee was around 9800. Were 5500 were paid during 3rd semester and 3500 were paid by the next semester.there are many more scholarship provided for SC,ST category students. My friends belonging to lower category should pay less amount

Campus Life

5

There are many clubs at this college. These clubs also provide events where students from other colleges could also participate. Tech fest conducted by the college called takshak which is one of the biggest fest in South India and the cultural programme Sanskriti. Colleges has a great facilities for library. Even every department have a separate library for the students. Every year sports competition are held at the college for 2 to 3 days other than the sports.mace football cup , basketball cup etc are conducted

Hostel Facilities

5

College hostel facilities are great with good food for both men and women hostels. Hostel other than the college hostel such as private hostels and pg are not preferable. Mess facilities of the college hostel is very good provided veg and non veg meals every day of the week and college has a canteen name ootupura where they get meals ,drinks other cold drinks etc which is really good

Admission

I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities. Has 2 basketball court 2 football court, a huge ground for cricket, swimming pool facilities, other clubs such as mace dance club , divaat fashion club, mace musical club who performs at many college even in national levels

Faculty

5

Friendly facilities who provide proper knowledge about a particular topic, each faculty may excel il each subject so doubts regarding any topic can be cleared by them. I like faculty taking geotechnical because even though she is strict about studies, she is friendly all the other times. Most of the teachers are loving . There a 2 series exams during a semester conducted by the college. The difficulty level is from easy to moderate.all the topics would be provided by the teachers while teaching. So it is easy to score internal marks

Night Life

4

For girls the curfew is 6 am to 7 pm and for boys it is 5 am to 9 pm . students are not alloweded to be in the campus at night except during the cultural events and tech fest where even girls are permitted to be in college at 2 am or 3am if they are a part of any programs
