No bad remarks best college campus,best faculty,labs,sports facalities,extra cirriculum activies,right atomosphere for students it study.

Entrance Preview

I took Common entrance test by government my rank is 62. I got seat in evening college in mechanical department. I did my diploma so i choose mechanical in engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is as per vishveshwariah technological university,belgaum. Course curriculum changes once in four years. You will have four theories and three labs in each semesters.

Internships Opportunities

I didnt do internship in my college days but they will send students to internship to best companies in mysore and bangalore for few months. After they need to give presentation on there inrenship.

Placement Experience

Its good and better than other colleges in mysore. More than 60 percent of students got placed to best companies while they are 7th or 8th semester. Companies offering best salary in the campus interview.

College Events

Jayciana is one of the best college event in mysore. Around 2500 people will join for this event every year. Other than jayciana,department wise they will have fest every year.

Government seat i got we i was studying i pay around 33000 a year now it may be same or bit higher management seat are also available at the begging of the year.

Yes its there loan you can get it from nationalised banks. scholrship also you will get once go through all the procedure.

One of the best campus in mysore neat and green campus. Labs and equipment are in very good condition,sports are also there like cricket,basketball,gym,badminton. they will national level exhibition also in robotics.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facalites are good and its inside campus only its a walkable distance to classes. Seperate boys and girls hostel facalites are available. Food and its good.

Exam Structure

It is as per vishveshwariah technological university belgaum. Every year will have two semesters exams. Even semester exam will commance from december and odd semester exam commance from may every year.

Faculty

Faculties are very good they are very friendly.Even faculties in lab are very good in teaching. All faculties are having master degree and some of them are doctorate holders.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

The admission process to this branch will be based on KCET only. Eligibility is 12th pass in science stream and should a Karnataka student to write kcet.
