Likes
- The college is surrounded by cool vibes of old Delhi and cannaught place. The college infrastructure has a combination of both old and new building.
- Overall the college is not the best but not the worst it was overall pretty good studying there.
- The Professors are highly educated and have keen interest in teaching. There are tremendous opportunity to participate in many extra curricular activities.
Dislikes
- The desk and infrastructure of old building is too old.
- The placement cell is not that good as compare to other big institutions. The average placement is about 3 to 5 lakhs.
- Needs major improvement in evening college timings as sometimes students used to sit at 7 pm at night.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is designed by the University of Delhi and it's is followed in every college of university of delhi. The curriculum is in depth and comprehensive but as far as relevance in today's era is concerned I would say it's not worth at all. They used old school theoretical topics which has no relevance in current era.
Internships Opportunities
Usually you can apply for internships in the internship fair organised by the college. You can also apply to various other college internship fairs as it's a part of Delhi University. The stipend various from unpaid to 5000 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is quite low and that's the best part of this college. The fees increases year to year. The fees of first year wala 6678 in second year it was 6778 and in third year it was 6878. The financial assistance is given as per the direction by University of Delhi. Majority of the scholarships are available for reserved category students.
Campus Life
There are various societies for different events like Aawaz Debating society, arts and culture society, commerce society and many more. Sports programa mainly footbool is quite popular which is played in the ambedkar stadium near to the college.
Admission
There was a 4 steps admission process, first of all you need to fill up the form then wait for the cut off as soon as cut off releases you can apply to the particular Institute through your dashboard. Then final fee payment window would be shown. And then the admission will be given. After verification of documents.
Faculty
The faculty is selected from top notch national leval exam like UGC NET and JRF. Most of the professors are PHD and mostly have knowledge about their subject to be specific. Some teacher have also written books.
