LIFE OF PESU STUDENT

When it comes to timings of exams we have 1 hour for the internal exam which contains MCQ and 4 mark theory concepts. And 3 hours for the end-semester exam which contains theory and lab concepts. All are computer-based exams. Every subject teacher gives projects and seminars which will help us for our improvement.

Every year we have a summer internship, which students of every year can participate in. This internship will be held for 6 weeks, during which selected students can go to different companies and gain knowledge about the technical working of the company.

Placements in the college are good for CSE, AIML, and E&C in Btech, BCA, and Mtech. last time highest package was around 40,00,000 and the average was around 5,00,000 per annum. Our college has a better placement rank than other colleges in Bengaluru. This year placements are going on good packages.

There are 3 types of admission in PESU. Management quota, PESSAT exam, KCET exam. The management quota can have around 6 to 10 laks per year. For PESSAT around 3 to 4 lakh. For KCET around 130000.our college many scholarships for students. MRD scholarship for students who ranked less than 2000 in kcet and are financially backward. They assist with around 80% of the fees.2 for every semester they provide scholarship based on their GPA which starts from 2000 till 35000. If they come through pessat they will get more.

The campus life gives an unforgettable memory for us. Our college provides extracurricular for cultural events, sports tournaments, and academic seminars. We have many clubs in our college like Hackathons, video and editing , event management sports club, etc. our college as the best infrastructure well-maintained class room , washroom, canteen food, sports grounds but we get lot of construction noise of the building.

since I got admitted through the KCET process I did not get much burden. After counseling, I just downloaded the admission order and paid the fee through NEFT. The next morning I went to college and submitted my documents. The cutoff of E&C for my category(3BG) was around 6000+, which I got in the last round of KCET.

while coming to faculties all have there Phd's in thier field and their teaching skills are good. especially our mathematics sir BMS .he understands the student very well and guides in every movement and helps in our researches. All teachers are friendly and good interaction with student.for all chapters they give us assenments with will help in our internal and external exams.
