going on Hackathon, providing real time project and acess to free u ilimited wifi and many more exposure things impact us not only this they also have soft skill learning courses too for us to perform better in interviews

Placement Experience

from 6th semester onwards students are available for the campus placements the jp. morgan , Philips, bajaj, moengage, morgan Stanley has hired people from chitkara hniversity with packages going above 20+Lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

there is no hike in college academic fee as for when the person is enrolled but the hostel fee hike is there for like five percent each year and it keeps on increasing and they have no scholarship or anything.

Campus Life

There are regular dj night in college every month almost and a lot of events going on daily culutural dance hip hop, singing , Poetry, sports and everything u name for students become faculty too here

Hostel Facilities

there are rooms in sharing of 4 majorly , even three and two are there with two options a. c or non a. c attached washroom or not and registration can be done during the application process only then you receive the details on your emailid about the allocation

Eligibility is based on PCM 70% ABOVE MARKS AND THEN GOOD SKILLS TO HAVE AND THE AREAS ONE NEEDS TO IMPROVE IS TIME MANAGMENT AS THE EXAMS CAN BE STRESSFULL AND CONTINUOUS OTHERWISE THEY TEACH U A LOT

Faculty was assigned to every student and then also thery are young so they behave like more friends with you and help you even at the times whete its not theri duty periods anymore. they are helpful nd coll to hangout with

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
