Likes

The first thing which is very impressive of my college is ,they provide free wifi in library ,canteen, classes, auditorium etc
There is huge benefits for the girls because of a girls NCC group , girls hostel and Girls common room in college.
There is 15 plus society, they are doing different kinds of functions like competitions, seminars etc

Dislikes

The canteen environment not good , also there is minimum options in the menu.
There is a option of elevator, but this mostly not working .
For the students Parking is outside the college.

So I'm belongs from a arts subject that's why I choose BA PROGRAMME in which my major subject was computer applications and minor was political science. And there is to subjects more which was given by college and you can change this on every semester. There is a proper classes, time table manage by admission staff of the college

What I feel about the placement cell of my college is that they have many contacts with the companys, but mostly job gives to tha bcom or bca students. For the BA Programme there is only sales jobs in which students are not interested. You have to almost 7.5 cgpa for getting an placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my timeline of this college we submitted different fee structure on every year. First year fees something around twelve thousand. Next year this wil be around 13 thousand and the 3rd year this will become 14500. You can avail scholarship by submitting caste certificate or income certificate.

Campus Life

In MAC annual fest called YUVAN ,this is mostly held in end of the February or starting of the month March. In this fest all the cultural society's performed, make competition and exibition and this year the chief guest was politician Manoj tiwari. After this fest all the departments make mini college fest

Admission

Now , the new education policy implemented you cannot take admission on merit based. You have to give CUET exam to take admission in Delhi University colleges. Application form and cut-off etc these information you can get by visiting delhi university official website

Faculty

College faculty provide major role in college life. without professor's you can't understand what you studied. In my college all teachers all cool or polite except principal sir, the faculty always support students to perform well in exams and in future life also.

KM COLLEGE - FILLED WITH COMPLAINTS ?

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
