Course Curriculum Overview :

Since I'm pursuing B.Tech in civil engineering, sset provides a hands on learning experience in order to tackle real life problems. We have been to numerous study trips and have visited several industries which provided a better understanding.

Class Size : 17Course Fees : INR 55000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My tuition fees is 55000. The sset provides assistance for financially backward students and provides tuition fee waivers for brilliant students thereby promoting them. The extra fee deduction is provided for students coming from lower income group and many are enrolled in sset based on scholarships.

Campus Life :

The programmes and fests in sset are a vibe .there are various clubs in which students can enroll into. There is a dance, fashion and media team. Also, sports happen every year along with arts and union day. There is a ppt hackathon which happens every year in which students from numerous schools participate

Admission :

The admission process went smooth and people at the administration was very helpful .the application form and answers to related queries can be found on the sset site .there are many reservation benefits like licg, fee deduction, fee waiver for students and scholarships.

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is nice and faculties are trained professionals who is there to help you at any time. They provide correct information and guide you effectively .faculty in sset is one of the best part in the institution .

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
