Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good and very relevant, it is very broad and really covers a huge expanse in a very detailed manner. It offers great insights into the history of every thing we know today and helps us make sense of the worlf
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are not good for history. Only corporate internships are available which are irrelevant for a field in history. You will have to seek out relevant internships yourself and the social clubs can help in guiding you through that
Fees and Financial Aid
Very affordable fee structure especially considering the quality of education. However, no campus opportunities are available. Neither are any scholarships. Although a more expensive fee structure might be needed to address the issues in college
Campus Life
Social clubs such as BFH and ijtihad are good places to be a part of and they help in gaining insights into the fields and employment opportunities for history. The books available in the library are of great quality and the library as a huge variety
Admission
To be eligible for the course of history honours, you have to pass the 12th board and Cuet exams in the history subject itself and English. Other than that there need to be 2 more subjects from humanities that can range from political science, psychology, sociology, geography etc. the cut off to get in through first list was 790 out of 800 in Cuet exams. The exams were easy but competive because of the number of applications. The admission process was easy
Faculty
The faculty is extremely qualified, really the best quality of scholarly discourse is offered however they are quite over worked which doesn't help their skills. They do allow the college to be a space of great academic discussions
