Course Curriculum Overview
First of all, I am a new student in my class because I came to Gect in the second spot for admission. I came to gect because it provides you with many more skills in which degree is you pursuing. Only the teaching method needs to be improved.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that arrive for placements provide several interships for students studying in engineering college Thrissur. Companies like mrf, Renault, etc. accept many students from GEC Thrissur for internships.
Placement Experience
From Semester 6 students become eligible for campus placements Mrf, cisco, wipro, Renault, etc. are the companies visited and 10 lpa are offered A maximum of 15 lpa is offered 80% of students are getting placed I plan to take master's at the best college after getting the degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college is divided by caste or something, etc. mine is 10000 rs per year but for some students who got admission in a category basis they have no fees Many scholarships are there in the college like e grantz, MCM, etc.
Campus Life
Dyuthi is a technical festival held basically in semesters. Many range of books and journals are available in the library. The sports and extracurricular activities are the best. Many of the students get a chance to participate in the university level competitions.
Hostel Facilities
The classroom provides the best place to learn and contains a smart classroom. Meal quality is good. The registration process for hostel and affordability is easy. I rent a room near the college named Devi Boys Hostel just near the sbi atm.
Admission
The admission process is too good for me because I came here by the ktu second spot allotment. At that time more time is taken to my admission process. The office procedures need to be improved.
Faculty
Some faculties are too good. The quality of teaching and describing things needs to be improved. Most of the faculties are good in my opinion. The faculty-student ratio is good. They are good and helpful.
