Course Curriculum Overview
As a first year student we have to learn basic knowledge from every engineering departments and it will be helpful in upcoming years.The syllabus is not much harder. Series exams, lab exams, viva and sem exams are conducted and which improves academics.
Internships Opportunities
I am a first year student so I have not got any internship opportunities at this moment. It will be provided after 3rd year.The students who got their internships are getting good exposure and career opportunities.
Placement Experience
Third semester onwards campus placements are provided. Oracle, Air india, MRF, Mahindra, Bajaj, Wipro are companies which are frequently given on campus placements. Highest package of last year is 30-40lpa and average package is 6.8lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is better when compared to that of private colleges and it is affordable for most of the students. We are provided with different scholarships.E grantz is provided for most of the students. There are different scholarships provided based on attending exams and some others are given on the basis of our qualifications. Intership opportunities and campus placements are also there.
Campus Life
Annual techno cultural fest 'DHYUTHI' is conducted.There are alot of technical workshops conducted by GDSC, SAE, IEEE and ISTE. We have a library with all kind of facilities wide variety of books are available there so we can refer on it also. Sportsmeet is also conducted and it is a good opportunity for students who are interested in sports.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities notes or bad and not so much good but it is okay. Food quality had some issue but it's all corrected now we are getting good food now. The registration process was not so frisky it all went smooth and simple
Admission
After completion of 12th, there is KEAM Entrance exam. According to the KEAM ranklist we can apply for college and get allotment.After getting allotment there is fee of 10000 which should be remitted to the university as we are securing our merit seat. KEAM exam os conducted once a year. Overall admission process is appreciable.
Faculty
The faculty have very good knowledge and they have appreciable education qualifications.We have at least to teachers in every subject. They are very helpful and encourages to do more projects and activities and help to enhance our skills.
