Course Curriculum Overview
The Bachelor in Technology here is very tough as the passing criteria is very high that is 50 marks passing out of total 100 marks. The curriculum teach us how to deal with pressure, exam fear and boost our confidence for the future goals .There is need to increase the practical aspects in our course rather than just knowledge the practical should more than classes to understand the topics clearly.Here the papers are conducted continuously without much gap between them and difficulties of paper is very high you cannot easily pass here if you dont study ..
Placement Experience
Here the Campus placements are starting from 3 lakh per year to 18 lakh per year it depends upon the students how the students want to utilise the opportunities.The companies like Hero, Mahindra, Byjus, Etc approach here for placements. Here 35 percentage students get placed here . I am preparing for GATE after my graduation and going to join some renowned University after my Undergraduate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the fees is minimal that is around 1 lakh for whole year all including mess and class fees. There are many scholarships that is given by the this University and multiple opportunities regarding intership is also provided to the students.
Campus Life
The campus life is full enjoying and excitement.There is library for students where we can go and study whatever we want.The sports are organised on regular basis athletic meets are conducted. There are many social and cultural groups active in our college you can participate in then and involve in the activities which are organised by them.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees here are negligible compared to other colleges, the atmosphere around the hostel is very interactive. All the students from different castes, religion are combined together and learned about their cultures.
Admission
The admission is conducted by Uttarkhand Technical University in which you have to apply for Jee Mains exam and should have a decent cutt off to apply for counseling of Uttarakhand Technical University.After that counseling begins and you have to fill the seats according to your choices for different branch.The Jee Mains exam is of 3 hours in which there are 75 MCQ questions are asked from Maths, Physics and Chemistry.The Online method of counseling should be improve and all the necessary guidelines should be given prior to the counseling for better understanding of students
Faculty
The faculty here are well qualified and all are PhD qualified from highly reputed Universities. The ratio of professors and students are 60 -40 and the professors are very helpful. They not only guide in career path but also in our life. Give us the right suggestion.
