Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum is about learning the basics like the design principles, colour theory etc. which gives us a perfect knowledge of how to start a design. The teaching method is quiet interesting and assignments are also given to the students after each topic is taught, so that, the students have the proper experience of working. Some teachers need to take the students to the lab to explain them better.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Internships are provided by the college during the summer vacation when students are free and can work on their skills. The internships often are related to doing a research and detailed study about a topic which is or has been taught to the students beforehand. These are unpaid internships which are required to be done within a time span of about 6 weeks.

Placement Experience

3

Placement are good enough in this University. But for a high aiming person like me, the packages are too low to start. The college should get in touch with bigger brands and also with brands outside India. So that the proper desired placement approaches the college when it's time.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee depends on the amount of resources we are using from the college for any particular semester. Sometimes the fee for a semester normally is around 30 to 32k, but when we use resources like labs, equipments etc., the semester fees goes up a little to around 40k for that semester.

Campus Life

4.5

The overall time spent was very good because this college has a numerous number of events all throughout the year. So the students are always engaged in games and other co curriculur activities. These events also help the club's to perform accordingly and play each one's pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the program.

Admission

My admission process took place in the time of lockdown during covid, and so, it was completely online. First we had to fill up the admission form. After confirmation status was recieved, we had an interview online along with a written exam. After every process is checked, the students recieve the mail ID confirmation and then we have to pay the fees.

Faculty

4.5

The overall faculty of the fine arts department is satisfactorily good. The faculty try to bring up innovative ideas to teach. The use of projectors are done to showcase everything that we study in proper details. They are hardworking and also keep a lot of information about what is currently going on in the fine arts fields.

Interview Experience

4.5

Yes. There was a written test followed by an interview about why would I like to opt for the particular and why did I choose this college. You should be good at English or at Hindi so that you can speak fluently during the interview. That's all

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was choosing this course because I loved painting and it's my passion and my dream was an artist and I am suitable for that course and I will fulfil my dream. BFA course has many departments like painting, crafting, graphics and printmaking Indian painting etc. And many students have talented in many specialisations and a maximum of 80-90 students in every department and 3-4 professors. Every faculty needs to qualify for class 12th and the teaching method was so good. The teachers also helped in all the cases and also if any student wants to learn others department work after specialisation department the teachers also help him for learning others work. The admission test exam time was 2 hours one hour for model drawing one our for composition with watercolour and after that the select the candidate and expose the list who can eligible for the viva test and it's too difficult after that they take viva and select the candidate and expose the shortlist finally.
