My college is one of the best in Kolkata zone. Every year many students pass out with a good degree. Many students passed out from our university are now highly paid successful artist in film industry. Some are famous musicians, vocalist and national level dancers. Some are renowned cinematographer or film director, famous contemporary artists, sculptors and graphic designers. Many are famous and well respected professors, economists and many more.

It's pretty good.My stream painting gives a lot to opt for once gradutated.It enhances one's creativity, imagination power and concentration.We have 8 semesters and the examination is held after 6 working months.The examination process is being decided by the head of each department and the dean.

No, probably the don't provide intership.But they provide placements and job opportunities after every academic sessions.Many of our seniors got job in leading multinationals in their respective fields.

Our college celebrates Fresher's welcome party.A holi festival called as Vasanta Utsav.Seasonal festivals like Handicraft mela, Autumn festival or Saradotsav, food fest, yearly Athletics, sports day, teachers and children's day, an annual exhibition, departmental picnics, etc.

Its feasible as compared to other colleges or universities.They just ask u for a tuition and examination fee per semester and we rarely pay or donate for the fests held round the year.But all over the fee is very nominal.

The college provides a good scholarship for the students.Every girls are provided with 25k per graduation programme.Merit scholarship of 30k are provided to students with above 75% every academic year (whose father isn't a govt sector employee).Reseved category students get 8k per year and many more scholarships can be availed.

We have a big sports ground.We play there almost everyday after the classes are over and also have trainers to train us for the yearly sports day.We have two gyms for both the gender.We people also get a variety of extracurricular activities to opt for such as music, dance, drama courses.Leaning to play many instruments, sculpture making etc.

No, I haven't.But have heard thay they provide hostels and one needs to apply for that.The hostel's a bit away for the university but provides a pretty good environment and food for the hostilities.

They are very helpful and guides us in a proper manner.Anyone who needs help regarding the courses in their respective fields we have our seniors beside us, helping us in their best way they can.They also teach us in the absence of an teacher.

First I filled up the admission form appeared for the entrance exam as per the scheduled date.As I opted for Visual Art, Painting, I had to undergo an exam for painting where more than 3k participated.Then I had to go for a grammar and language test for the languages we choosed.After that the authorities selected 67 of us among all for a interview where 14 of us were choosed for the graduation course.

It's pretty good.They control the whole administration properly making the campus ragging free and making it function in a well manner.Each year they organise festivals and many cultural fests and look after every department's infrastructure.They also organise an education tour per year.They university is rich in culture because of these faculties and our respected teachers.
