Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because after 10 years the demand will be very high and I m interested in both bio and maths so I chose btech biotech and wanted to reaserch in this sector . Though the department is not so big , I would suggest to expand classes and rooms .

Internships Opportunities

As I m student of 2nd sem btech biotech student, we are offered summer internship. There is no stipend as it is free for all of us. It includes 3 topics that is machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cyber security.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total tution fees is 50k per year means for odd sem or is 29k and for even sem it is 21k . It includes complete cost of education,including tution,service fees, and other compulsory charges. I have not taken any campus employment.

Campus Life

First we have versity week which is a great enjoyment for all of the students. Every months there are fests, competition, hackathon and many more. Most of the classess are ac classes. There is also extra curricular things like nss,ncc and yoga.

Admission

Eligibilty is after giving entrance exam that is cee, also we can get admission from jee. Cee exam is under astu so form will be available on astu official website. After clearing exam we have to go through counseling and then verification

Faculty

The ratio of faculty members is nice. Everyday we get to know new prospects and new things from different teachers . There is almost 2-3 teacher of each subject. They are excellent. All are qualified teachers.

Placement Experience:

The college placement aren't much in our college because our college is too deep inside the area it's like a village area companies find it difficult to come here. Companies mostly come for chemical and mechanical engineering students to hire them. For electrical and civil you have to apply off campus. I don't know the highest package from our college but the recent package that was offered by mahindra to mechanical engineering students was 19000 per month. Atleast 35% students get on campus placement. My plan after degree is to pursue mtech or maybe BFA in Seoul, South Korea or maybe find a job outside india

Placement Experience:

The placement of this university is not upto the mark. The highest package recieved by a student was 37 LPA. He was an ECE student. The average LPA is around 6-7 LPA. I think it's a bit low compared to NITs/IITs. But compared to other central and state universities its quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is btech and since it is an IIT the faculty are the best in their fields profs here have done PhD from Stanfords of the world and the prof-student ratio is very healthy. Although there are a lot of exams in the ballpark weekly one or the other exam will be there and the exams are very tough but grading is relative.

Placement Experience:

You are eligible for internship placement in the 5th semester and for the full time, you're eligible for campus placement in the 7th semester. 223 offers were made for 22 pass out students. Some of the companies that visited our campus are Amazon Deloitte ZS Associates Tekion Mindtickle Gamescraft. The highest package was 61.5 lakhs and the average package was 15.34 lakhs. 95.12 per cent of students got placed. My plan after college is to work as a software developer.
