Life in GU.

Our course is a new one called "Five Years Integrated Masters Program", shortly FYIMP. Also our curriculum is based on our capacity and needs. They are perfect. Not so difficult. Teaching methods are also great.

We are have a compulsory rule that from UG, 4th sem we have to do internships. They give us marks on this. I don't know much but maybe our university doesn't officially provide any internships. Because from my knowledge everyone done internships outside the campus.

We pay our fees semester wise, 14,500. They collect fees for arts 14500 and for science 16500. And yes we got a scholarship named "ishan uday" which we got yearly 80000. It's a merit based scholarship.

My overall campus life great here Till now. I got a Hostel few months back. Now I know the real taste of Hostel life in campus life. In our university day held many programs, functions, some are entertaining, and some for education and benefits.

Hostel is great. The environment is good. There is a different peace in being a hosteller in GU. It's fortunate to live inside the GU campus. And i got this opportunity few months back. And this was one of the most good decision i have ever made.

The first reason is they have the new program called five years integrated masters program. So that I don't have to appear in entrance exam for Masters program, which is the beneficial for this course. We got sit here, according to our HS percentage that means its a merit based admission.

Our faculty members are so sweet, supportive and friendly. They helped us to adjust with the university environment in such young age. They never make us feel like we are outsiders. They treats us the best.

Did not know the night life of our college, till i got the hostel. Night life is very safe and calming. Even though girls hostels have in times. But sometimes when we have night events we are allowed to enter late.
