Course Curriculum Overview

I took computer science and engineering with my own decision and yes there are challenges but yes i am going to overcome them.. and this college is good for computer science students in placements wise although teachers are very good in every stream.. there are 2 mid exams in 1 month gap and the final exam is after 1 month of mid exams

Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

This college provide few internship opportunities.. like orange company.. you need to find internship by your own although teachers are supporting but you need to find good internship by your own.....

Placement Experience

From 6 semester i guess student is eligible for placements.. placements of the college is not so good but its fine for computer science students companies like hcl orange intel Infosys or visited here packages are like 4 lakhs to 7 lakhs percentage of students getting placement is not known but most of the Students opt for the higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

Upto 2023 batch the fee was around 35 thousand but from 2024 batch onwards fees is around 45 thousand to 58 thousand per semester and my full course will be completed in 278000 approximately... There are various clubs in the college and i am part of some of them

Campus Life

My experience is good and various programs and events take place here.. festival like Holi Diwali Basant Panchami and many others are celebrated here.. book facilities are provided from libraries.. sports facilities is not so good here.. there are also some technical events take place here.. there are some social clubs like rotaract.. ieee organisation etc

Admission

Admission selection was based on jee mains score.. you neew 10th and 12th marksheet adhar card and other details.. reservation is for uttarakhand students and other categories like obc st sc... application form you can find out from official website but its government college so you need to have jee score.. the area of the college is in sudhowala dehradun

Teachers in this college are good and helpful, they are very supporting in terms of education events or technical side ..here every teacher is postgraduated with degrees like btech+mtech phd bsc+msc therefore they have good knowledge

College is located in the foothill of Himalayas. The environment of the college is very calm and perfect to study. my complete experience at WIT

Compared to private colleges like VIT or SRM, the overall fee structure and also it is government college much more affordable and government colleges have much more priorities. I missed cutoff of jee mains by a small margine and couldn't secure a seat in top tier colleges. also, private colleges are very expensive. I applied for Delhi University and I took admission in uttrakhand technical university because this college is government approved. No i didn't get rejection from other colleges but didn't got enough score to take admission in Delhi University.
