Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course curriculum is all good but certain times the course time becomes a great deal to cope with. The multiple assignments become a huge headache when the deadline is kept too short. Also the internals and assignments clash too much.

Internships Opportunities

3

As heard from the seniors, most of them have received atleast one internship. According to them, the internships would help them a lot in their upcoming placement sessions. Companies like Cognizant, Accenture, Byjus, etc. had provided interships to our college students.

Placement Experience

3.5

As got to know from seniors and faculty members, around 70 percent of the students get placed including both off-campus and on-campus placements. I desire to get into the field of date science after completing my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is around Six lakhs for the entire four years. The government scholarships are always available for all the eligible students. Regarding education loans, college helps a lot from its side.

Campus Life

2

Though the campus area is too small, the clubs of the college are very good. They actively take part in the events whether cultural or technical or others. The social life isn't too good, but it's neither too bad as well. The library has good stocks of books.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel facility is better than the other colleges nearby. It costs around 80000 per year. It provides a homely environment. Though the food is not too good, but it's definitely better than what most of the hostels provide.

Admission

My AIJEE rank was 31447(caste rank) and WBJEE rank was 12114. The admission process was easier than I had expected. The only issues happened was that due to certain government circular, our fees structure got changed after a few months of our admission.

Faculty

3

Almost all of the faculty members are well qualified and well trained for teaching the students. Certain professors are too good for the freshers. They make the college life bearable. Whereas, the academics is too good.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT: At Brainware University students generally become eligible for campus placement from the final years of their course. For many programs placemnet preparation sactivities such as aptitude training, soft skills development, resume building, mock interviews begin earlier, you can say that these activities are incoporated from the 1st semester itself. COMAPINES VISIT: Several reowned and reputed compaines from IT, management, healthcare, media, and core sectors visits the university for campus recruitment. Placement drive include companines from domains such as software services, consulting, education, sales digital marketing etc. For my domain CSE AIML companies like Infosys,Amazon,Cognizant,Adobe etc visits. Each year multiple students receive job offers through campus drives and some students also secure multiple offers depending on their skills and performance. HIGHEST AND AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED: The highest package offered varies by course and recruiter and also with top performing students receive highest packages based on their role requirements and skills. It range from 12 LPA to 45 LPA. The average package offered to students is competitive for a private university and aligns with industry standards for entry level roles. These generally range from 3.5 to 8 LPA. PRECENTAGE OF STUDENTS GETTING PLACED: Placement outcome mostlky depend on academic performance, attendance, communication skills, technical knowledge, and participation in training sessions. Students who actively engage in placement preparation have better placement success. About 98% students were placed in 2023.
