Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is not ideal as such, integration and cbme curriculum is not real in play as such. The vertical integration among different subjects of different year is not ideal and as expected. It's just the same as the conventional methods I would say. Lot of changes is essential. Only three internals for every three months once is conducted,and i believe it's quite sufficient,but mcq has to be conducted which is not done. It would be great if a unit test are conducted following every unit ,which could pose a great scope of assessment and improvement to everyone.
Fees and Financial Aid
College academic fees varies from year to year Roughly I would say that one shld pay anywhere between 55k to 60k on average. And it is inclusive of all the fees. Additional exam fee of around 3k has to paid at the end of academic year. Student who has come from state quote belonging to obc ,sc or st category do get SSP state scholarship. The scholarship almost refunds all the tuition fee. Students from agricultural background do gst additional 10k. Sc and st students are awarded with textbooks for the entire course and a free laptop i believe.
Campus Life
Just like any other college we have many clubs like cultural club ,eco club , rotract, kannada sanga ,sports club etc... Everything managed by students under the teachers guidence. Every year college fest are conducted dividing the campus as 4 groups , indulging in various indoor and outdoor activities.
Admission
I got through kEA state quota Admission was handy . All the information was well explained in KEA website. One should have a continuous watch over the website. Any update regarding the process of admission were given in detail in website.
Faculty
Depends on department,some excellent some not upto the mark.. Student to faculty ratio is decent but not sufficient ig. Clinical subject teachers are quit busy and it is hard to have enough Interactions. I think it's the same as anywhere , and one cannot expect spoon feeding in college like pu or school
