Life in NSUT

The curriculum is pretty good and focuses on student's learning which will also help in furthur interviews and jobs. The computer science curriculum is really organized which has helped me a lot. The frequency of exams is around 2 months with class tests in between.

The internship opportinities are decent and are provided after 2nd year. For computer engg. the stipends are not high with around 10k for 1 or 2 months. There are many companies providing inter ships on campus such as Microsoft, JP Morgan and many small companies as well.

The placements are pretty good and many big companies such as Google, Microsoft, Sprinklr come also. Students become eligible for campus placements after 3rd year. The average package is around 17 L for CSE. The percentage of placed students is good.

The fee structure is organised properly and there are many scholarships also provided to students. Also there are a number of financial aids available for students who need it. There are many internship opportunities also provided to students. I had been a part of the IEEE tech society for a year.

The campus life is great and there are many fests and events held thorughout the year. The yearly fest is called Moksha and apart from that there are many other tech fests also held and organised. The sports facilities provided are also good with a proper ground and gym.

The admission process was good and was based on JEE mains result. The counselling is done through JAC and after the selection you get the form and all the details. The exams are held around every 2 months with class tests in between.

The faculty is quite qualified and are always there to help you adn solve your doubts. The faculty to student ratio is around 1:15 which is pretty decent. It provides a good impact on our learning and enhances our experience.
