Honest Review for my college from my perspective

As I am a first year in the first there is only one coding subject which is C programming language which as CS student feel like there is no of coding but after the 3rd semester you will get as mcuh of coding like in each semester 2-3 coding related subjects and lab according to that. The teachers gives us all the updates in the future job related thing like which type of question comes in the job coding exam and the reality of having a job in IT sector which can be called some advantage and disadvantage of it.it gives us enpugh motivation for study hard They can improve in giving more outdoor experience by giving some more real life project which we can handle like in second year they can give some project related to dsa and have a tour which we can grab some ideas for project like creating a helpful website or app or anything. The exams like mid sem and endsem happens continuously with no gap in between exams as more the credit the paper will be hard.

I haven't done any internship because in the college email ids most of them based on the money base. like you have to pay around 5-10k for getting the internships and some of them are fake we don't get to know which is fake or real untill we ask the teachers. But the college provide internships in 4th-5th semester the company like celebal,high radius provide internships first they provide teaching of one month and in the last they ask for the project or report they ask to make.

Placement is not bad but this year the placement is not getted like in the previous ones the college provide the 90% placement(2023) but this year the placement is gone down like 50-60%. This report i got from the senior 4 year. The placement is available from 5th-6th semester upto that you must get a good grip on all the codin thing interview and aptitude thing you must have enough confidence in all and lear all the things which is required for clearin g the exams and interviews. The companies like amazon,tvs,mahindra,adobe,microsoft, intel,ibm and many more. as for the mass recruiters like wipro, tcs,infosys etc.. the mass recuriters also provide a decent package of around 8lpa if you clear their exam and all that and for the normal ones you can get from 15 lpa to 50 lpa or even more if you have enough skills. As for my plans i will try my very best to get the campus placement and work there for 2-3 years or upto i clear my govt. exam which can be SSB,SSC CGL or CPO or IBPS.

The Tution fees is high as they increase their fees yearly which is difficult to arrange on each semester. As the Tution fees is pof around 2 lakh to be more specific in field i am studying CS With Communication or any CS related the tution fees is 192000 i don't know much about the other field but there fees is also more than 150000 per semester. If we add hostel fees, mess fees which will be of around 50000 per semster this year they taken 51200 rs per semester of both hostel and mess. they also take exam fees of 1000 rs. If you have gotten to top 10 in KIITEE exams you may get the 50% -100% scolarship on the tution fees. but the chance is very low because per year the number of student apply on this is exam is of around 1-2 lakh so the chance is very rare. I don't have much knowledge in the employment field but i have asked to the senior they say this year placement is gotten low .

In this college every year there is kiit fest which held on around january feb or march sometimes. In tjis college every month there will be like some kind of competiotion which is like coding literary dance,music etc.. there are many opportunities arises with this. There is a Central library on the Kiit which is lot bigger and have countless books. like all kinds of journals or like study materials, or some kind of drama book everything. They even provide spaces to the students for studying and have a internet connections and everything. There are many clubs like around 20-25 clubs which are rekated to tech, music,dance, literary, enterpreneurship, money management, and many more. Within the classrooms the smartboards are provided in all the classrooms with a big white boards. There is a lot of space of sports management if you have talent for that you can climb upto khelo india and even upto the olympics they have enough resources in which you can get there.

The hostel facility is very good like the room is getting clean every day and if you have a technical problem like bulb switch boards problem they will clear it within 1-2 days. and the strictness is there which makes us discipline and have any specific charge if you break the rules like you can't have birthday party celebrations on the hostel it will charge upto 700 rs per persons. And have many more like these so you can understands it strictness but the wardens are very friendly they will not take any major step if you act properly with them and have a proper talk.

For getting the CSE course through the jee exam is about 90 percentile but if you get through the kiitee exam the percentile will change which will be around 75 percentile on the phase 1 but as the phase increases sometimes it increases or decreases but for the safer side throught getting 75 % you will get CSE core in this university and all the branch will be available. the Application form will be available in this kiit website only which will be free of cost but you can only give 2 phase out of 4 phase. the resevation is available for all category like sc st and girls reservation is also available. The difficulty level for the kiitee exam is moderate. It is easy compare to jee mains level but it is of same pattern. The Admission process is very unsecure you have to wait for gmail and everything you have to save every mail you got from the universiry uptill you got the mail from the college. The location where the kiitee exam will held is not near the home area

Here in the KIIT University in each section or class there is 2 mentor who overlook the problem the student is facing. which can be any type which include hostel problem or any subject teacher related problem . They overlook it individualy if the situation occurs and help it in a fast way as quick as possible. Here's the faculty members are very open minded as they know where the problem they are facing while solving and try to explain them in which they find comfortable. Their approach of explaining is good but no one is perfect as you know there will always a back problem sometimes they can't explain to us the way we want. We can approach the both the mentor at any time and there is always a meeting between students and mentors in each month atleast once a month which give a overlook over al the students and discuss the how the class syllabus is going and how the hostel life is going in or you ca tell the problem you are facing which can be the teacher related to or anything.
