Course Curriculum Overview

Curruculum of Information Technology is great as every coursework is completed on time and the curriculum involves every subjects which we need for our placements so it effectively prepares us for it too.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 133200 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th sem students become eligible for the campus placements and the average package offered here is around 4-5lpa and most tech companies visit the college campus and most of the case and it students get placed but the placements for core branches are very average.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is mostly constant during the whole btech duration and the complete cost for for 1year tuition fees is around 1.3l which includes every fees and there are many fianicial aids provided for the students who have some difficulty for the fees.

Campus Life

There are very less number of fests which take place here but here are many clubs which can be joined by the students as they provide many collaborative opportunities which help in personality development.

Admission

we can get the course from jee mains or ipucet and the counseling for the admission is done for whole ggsipu university where we can choose our desired college and branch.mainly there are 3rounds of counseling but there can be spot rounds too if needed.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is great and it positively helps in the learning experience and the teachers here are highly qualified and we can approach them whenever we face any problem or any doubts. Overall they are very helpful.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Students start interships as early as the end of 1st year. and they become eligible for campus placement in the 4th year.there are more than 25 companies which visit the college and around 100 students get placed. Highest pakage last year went around 20LPA, and average was around 9LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

Before 2019, all admissions to B.Tech programs were done through a test conducted by GGSIPU. But from 2019 JEE Mains scores are used for admission. The cutoff of different programs is decided by the University. An applicant has to fill out an online admission application form in which they have to mention their JEE Mains rank and their preferences of the GGSIPU colleges.
