College Review

I am happy with my decision of joining this college and this field and I am enjoying it because the culture and environment of this college are healthy and good. There is no case of ragging and harassment.

The course is amazing as here the study is basically practical, out of the books. I experienced a lot of arts and several activities which we rarely get the chance to do. Even we get a chance to explore things and also there is a lot of hard work too. Need to be dedicated We need to preserve whole semesters work and present them to the final external jury at the end of the semester. We get half marks from faculty throughout the semester and another half by jury. For some theoretical subjects written and drafting exam is held.

I don't know enough as I am in the 1st year only but yes we as an architecture student are required to do internship surely. So a student of this college is doing internships via the college itself. 4th year is the time when we are asked for an internship. Well, this field has a lot of scope and opportunities as development is going on and the number of the required architect is a lot more than the number of architect country have. There are opportunities in the government sector also and even in foreign countries also.

My college celebrates all the festivals in the Indian calendar and is financed by the college for all the activities and events. Two Sports tournaments are held every year and two activity weeks in which various activities are arranged.

As this is a government-affiliated college so the fees are not enough as compared to other private colleges. It is very less for this course around 4 times to other colleges. We are required to pay fees once a year not after every semester as it happens in various colleges.

There are a lot of scholarships offered by the college that every student can avail and many are based on the performance of the students. As this is a government-affiliated college one can easily get a loan.

We have our laboratory required in the college only. The extracurricular activities keep on going. We don't have a big campus but still, volleyball is always and all day playing. Other sports activities are also organized by the coordinators at different places.

Well, the alumina or I say the passed out students are always attached to the college and on various occasions, alumni are invited. Even though all the alumina are spread all over the globe, they surely have a visit to their own college whenever they get the chance. Even they are very helpful and help the youngsters.

After 12th I gave jee mains which are held all over India for all IITs, NITs, and GFTIs. I got admission in this college via jee mains qualification. We get 3 chances after 12th but I got admission in the 1st attempt.

The faculty is awesome. As many of the faculty members are alumina of this college only they are familiar with the college, its culture, students and all. We have a very amazing time with our teachers and even we are accompanied by them on various trips also.
