The eligibility of the course is to have 75% aggregated marks in 10+2 with PCM and then qualify for the NATA(National Aptitude Test in Architecture ). You have to apply for the NATA exam and qualify for it, and also apply on JMI's website separately to be considered for admission. JMI uses NATA scores for making their merit list for admission. JMI's application form comes out in March. There are some reservation benefits also like Muslim, PWD, Muslim OBC, Muslim Women, and J&K.
