The course which i have taken BE in Electronics and Communication is thoughtfully designed so that the students are well aware of the subjects and topics they are going to tackle in life later on. The college is affiliated to VTU and the curriculum is frequently updated with schemes changing to fit the current trends. The curriculum focuses on experimental learning so that students can understand their theory better through experiments and topics can be grasped more quicker. Hence, I can say that the curriculum at the college prepares students for immediate employment as well as long-term career development of the student. The college also has aptitude and coding tests in regular intervals to keep the students prepared for placement tests. We also have exams happen every other month to contribute towards our internals and final VTU exams and moderately difficult syllabus to keep the students prepared for a hard paper.

The college give plenty of opportunities to expand your course knowledge and outcomes. The students are sent regular intership invites and opportunities via the college email as well as hackathon and other competition invites to expand their skillset and gain more expertese. The students are also required to submit projects every semester as a group of three of individuals as well. In addition to this every student has to go through a MOOC course in order to gain additional knowledge regarding his or her subjects. All these things add up to a better and knowledgable academic training by the college

Students are eligible for campus placement from semester 8 and 7 and the statistics for the passing out batch of 2023 are quite remarkable. The highest package is 22.7 LPA and the average being at around 6 LPA which is a good average package for the graduates. 844 students were placed and 148 companies have visited the college to recruit the well-trained graduates. Being located in a prime IT hub a number of companies visited the college for placements such as Zenken, GE, SAP Labs, Amazon, Google, Bosch Global, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes Benz, Capgemini, Cisco, TCS, and many more MNCs

The college has multiple ways for admission through entrance tests and management seats, the college also provides a neat portal for fees payment and other payments to the college. The fees range from course to course and depends on the way the student is admitted to the college. The college does provide scholarship tests and stipends on a frequency basis. The VTU exams fees were to be paid at the end via the portal and the KCET fees through at the start of the year for two semesters was no more than a Lakh and a Half which is quite reasonable compared to other colleges of this ranking

The campus is always lively with students all the times. The campus has ample space for sports and extracurricular practice and a lot of places to hang around, the college hosts competitions and events every once in a while and there happens to be many technical and non-technical clubs that students are supposed to be a part of. The college hosts guest lectures, project submission and exhibition, open days and fests. Their biggest fest is Cultura which happens every even semester and is a big event which happens in the college and many colleges participating to make the event a remarkable attraction. These clubs, events and competitions train the students more than just academically but also in other factors on the big stage.

The admission process for the college was quite simple after the KCET confirmation, we had to visit the college and the admission was done in a simple process with proper help from the staff and after the fees were paid and there was not much hassle during the admission process and fees are paid on a yearly basis. The cutoffs for college entry are quite achievable with proper efforts. But the college does train you well after admission to achieve a successful career.

The faculty is very experienced with ample experience in their respective fields and the are very approachable and supportive towards the students. They are well versed in their fields and have very good teaching capabilities so that the students can grasp topics very well. The professors also try to include the students in extracurriculars to improve their skillsets for better placements and training in addition to the curriculum. The classes are interactive where timely students take classes for a change so that students can involve themselves on the teaching process and learn as a result of this activities.
