Intership opportunities are there but given the current market there's less opportunities. If you're a good dev and have a grasp of DSA and had done some project then you are quite ahead of other students and hv a better chance at getting the internship

Placements are not very good but also not bad. The average recorded for the year 22-23 and 23-24 was both around 16-17 lakhs. The top companies which visited this year were yugabyte, Nvidia, phone pe, Adobe etc. Highest offer was by yugabyte for 53 lakhs. You become eligible for the campus placement from the 7th semester.

The annual festival we have is called I conclave, other tech festivals are lockout, e cell fests like ideathon are also held. Not much books are available in the library but most of the books that are available are course related. Every classroom has projector and 100-200 seating availability. Eklavya is held as our monthly sports festival and we also have our annual inter iiit sports event held at other iiit. Clubs are saaz(singing), vanity crew(dance), abhinaya(acting), horizon (photography),etc.

Every room contains 4 beds, 4 tables, 4 chairs, 4 almirah, and attached lat-bath. Mess meal quality is not that good but the breakfast and snacks are okayish. Registration process for hostel can be quite tiring. Many pgs are available around vadgaon budruk.

The admission process takes place through the JOSSA and CSAB counselling. The admission process is quite smooth and their are no problems faced by the student during the process as the staff is quite helpful. Their are no fee concessions for any category unlike IITs and NITs. One improvement I would like is the introduction of merit based scolarship on the basis of cgpa so that the poor students can also some assistance as the fees is quite high(12-15 lakhs for complete 4 years). The frequency of exams was quite relaxed in my year as their were boards in March and then their were both mains in June and July with advanced in August. After a month or so, the admission process starts which proceeds for a month more. So basically you get into your college after 2-3 months of advanced. Keep in mind I am from the 2022 batch(COVID batch) so the schedule of exams is pretty different
