Academic Excellence: The institute's commitment to excellence ensures that student receives top notch education
Research Oppurtunity: Institute provides research oppurtunities and the faculty here is very approachable. They are dedicated towards their work

Dislikes

Hostels are not big enough and rooms are crowded a lot. They fitted in 2 persons in room of 12x12 foot and no space to keep belongings.
Mosquitoes are lot in campus and they do not do fogging
They do not allow to use laptops and phones in college unlike other engineering colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum follows NEP which is good but as most important subjects are being taught in first year itself so student should remain serious from day 1 itself. The course is quite tough and faculties prepare exam on much harder level than their teaching. They do not prepare exam of balanced nature.

Internships Opportunities

There are various companies visiting campus for internship which is managed by Training and Placement Office. But oppurtinities of internship are less and most students dont get one. But if you do hardwork and prepare well you will surely get a intern offer

Placement Experience

Placement is quite good. Approximately all the students who opt for placement get one. Nearly 300 companies visit the campus for internship and placement. The placement of CSE and ECE is highest in the college and if you prepare well you will be sitting in a good MNC in a year or two

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is quite high specially mess fee. They take 25000 per semester for mess fees which is compulsory for who opts for hostel. But there are various scholarships available which you can get if you maintain good grades and have income less

Campus Life

There are clubs here for anything which helps in overall character buildup for students. The campus life is average as there are no night life. Also the fests are not good enough. And most student do not participate in those

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are a type of hell. The rooms are too small and they fit two persons in it. There is no place for students to keep their belongings and college administration do not care about it in any manner.

Hostel Fee: INR 24000 per year

Admission

The admission is done on the basis of JEE Mains score card. The cutoff is quite high so students have to give a tough exam and prepare hard. There is reservation for cast, gender and for economic weaker section too. For admission one can visit the site of JEE Main. The exam take place two times in a year and best score of two is considered for admission. One thing I dont like is that students give exams for PCM are selected and best performers among them take computer science, So if a student is wanting computer science he must also be good in computer science

Faculty

The faculties are educated but unlike IIT's they are not qualified from big institutes or foreign institutes. Most faculties have taken education from the college itself. Some faculties are friendly with students but most acts like dictators and do not try to understand the problems of students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Everything about SNU NOIDA!

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it. Know about MNNIT Allahabad/ NIT Allahabad

With my jee mains rank which was 5000 and along with ews I had two options to choose from... One was NIT Trichy with ece branch and one was NIT Allahabad or MNNIT Allahabad with cse branch. But I have hard that ECE branch is tough in terms of academic as compared to CSE branch.. and also NIT Allahabad was very much mear to my home state that is Bihar. So I considered NIT Allahabad over NIT Trichy. Package was also I reason that I considered while choosing between these two. Admission process is not that much tough it's just one day process.. first you have to upload your documents online and the you have to visit the college on the provided date for physcial verification along with the asked documents....Read More
