Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science can offer you various opportunities in India and abroad. Once you finish your degree in CSE, you will have lots of high-paying job positions that will play a great and crucial role in your occupational life. For example, you can become a software engineer, web developer, artificial intelligence engineer, networking analyst, and mobile application developer.

Internships Opportunities

Internships opportunities inside college for computer Science is less. If you want to do internship you can go outside or do in KSUM. It will be good if you do internship in Kerala Startup Mission because it can make your CV strong.

Placement Experience

Campus placement in the college is very less. Even if you get a placement,the salary package will be low. So I better suggest to take post graduation and look for opportunities. It can make you a better professional.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee for merit seats is 35000 per year and for management seats 100000 per year E grantz ,FWS,MCM,EK nayanar scholarships are available to students. If you are a few waiver student you don't have to pay the tuition fees

Campus Life

Campus has a good library in the main block. Technical fests are conducted once a year. Arts ,Sports and other activities like IEDC Cell IEEE are there which can be useful for the students. IEEE and IEDC offer various opportunities in career building.

Admission

The college has management seats and merit seats. If you opt for management seats, you will have to pay 1 lakh per year. Merit fees are 35000. If you have the best Keam rank in your batch, you will get a Fee Waiver Scholarship

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

I get this college as a merit seat. I had written the KEAM entrance exam and I got this college according to the rank I got in that entrance exam. We have to give some options of college for the allotment criteria. I choose Government Colleges first but I didn't get as my rank is less when compared to the ranks taken by the government college. Next I preferred government aided colleges and I placed my college as the first option as it is under cape , and I could be a day scholar as this is of less distance from my home.
