Course Curriculum Overview

3

For me i choose computer science and engineering because of i like coding and development, but i think CSE is a bad option for students who only like coding and programming, for students who looking for positions like developer, programmer this curriculum structure is not a good option they can choose any other university,i think in my college faculty have to give more importantence in practical sections

Internships Opportunities

3.5

For internship i think companies like Tech magie, pantech etc are giving 7-14 days internship and for civil department have on site internship opportunity, in vacation time students have opportunity for take internship and for s8 students can go to 6 month internship

Placement Experience

2.5

In the previous academic year only one computer science student got placement in TCS (MCN Company), and some others got placement in some abc company, and my plan after getting degree is become and entrepreneur and currently iam a flutter developer

Fees and Financial Aid

For a merit Student who got admission through Keam entrence, have a fees structure of 35,000 as tuition fees, and extra of 7000 additional, and students have to pay other Union fund and some unwanted funds which is not comes in to record, for sc/st students have consideration in fees but I don't know in accurate, and the students have option for E-grants and MCM scholarship, MCM provide 30,000 in an academic year for students who have above 50% CGPA, for E-grants i think students how have no arrier can get 15,000

Campus Life

3.5

In this college annually there is tech fest named eka, which is a wonderful event, and college celebrate onam, cristmas and other festivals, and there is arts and sports fest, in the college student social group are less active

Hostel Facilities

4

For boys there is no any college hostel, college provide hostel for girls only, for boys there are 4-5 private hostels available all are average hostels i think its not worth for such a fees and the hostel. Fees is 4850 which is fixed cost and students have to. Pay 3000 as deposit

Admission

When i was choose my college i don't know about how to choose an engineering college, i only consider the google rating and i can find this college had a 5/5 rating, and my KEAM rank was 24,530-24,700 something, so i think this is an better option for me and at that time this college was the first rank in cape gov college list, and after 7 government college list this college is my first option, for students who like to join in this college can take admission through Keam entrence exam or through management

Faculty

3.5

There is almost 15+ faculty for each department, and for the computer science and engineering department having a talented and skill full HOD who is very friendly to students, but for some faculty i can see unfavorable activities, like if a student who is favorite for that faculty have less marks the faculty give 15+ free mark, that is one of my bad experience i got from the college, but expected those dust all other faculty are well talented and have better teaching skill, for my college there are 2 internal exam for subject and one internal exam for practicals

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
