Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good. Exams are conducted periodically to test the caliber of the students. Introduces more programs and events to develop the students skills. Exams are competitive type questions.

Internship oppertunitues are provided by the college in a frequent why through the department associations. Also project helps students to discover new sides of the course and studies, improving the practical knowledge

College provide good placementa for computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and civil engineering. There are many students getting placements after the course. I wish u would also get this

The overall college life is very much engaging and comfortable. Collage life helps me to improve my qualities and moral values. Clubs , associations all provide aa new experience to each and everyone .

Admission

I did not opted for any other colleges. I was having college of engineering pathanapuram as my first option. Because of the availability of civil engineering in place. So college of engineering pathanapuram was vest option for me rather compared to other private self financing college

Faculty

Every faculties are good..and i like every ine behave very affectionately. Help and guide us to right track. Department HOD Dr Deepa miss is the faculty i like the most. The exams are very much competitive type. The pass percentage is also good

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are good, can be better. This year the average is 15L and median is 12L and highest is 50L for ece, the percentage of placed students in ece is also greater than 80%.In the 3rd year students are taken for interships and those may convert to placements and for 4th year students placements will start from the start of their 4th year itself.For ece meesho, dell, texax instuments and many other companies came, meesho paid the highest salary in ece.My plan is to secure a good job in core company.

Nit Calicut - Good Side and Worse Side

we get placements mostly in the post 6th sem or in 7th sem. Some major companies like texas instruments offer good packages here. others include meesho, goldmans sachs, dell, bpl. Highest package is around 50lakh for ece students and around 70 lakh for cse. more than 80 percent get placed from cse and ece but is only around 20 percent in branches like production engineering, engineering physics. less core companies than it ones

Life in PEC

I get this college as a merit seat. I had written the KEAM entrance exam and I got this college according to the rank I got in that entrance exam. We have to give some options of college for the allotment criteria. I choose Government Colleges first but I didn't get as my rank is less when compared to the ranks taken by the government college. Next I preferred government aided colleges and I placed my college as the first option as it is under cape , and I could be a day scholar as this is of less distance from my home.
