Course Curriculum Overview

The course has a varied syllabus including various technical subjects. The most important part of the course is its relativeness with the current scenario. I think for the coming time it is the best course if you are an Indian an choosing to work here.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Grow, Microsoft , Google, TATA, infosys etc provide 6 month internship offer ans it depends on us that will we be able to turn that option into our job or not. Interns are provided with several tasks and hast complete in given span of time.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester student become eligible for placement and internship. Various company including Grow visit our campus with various offers. The highest package was 9500000 per annum and average is 1300000

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee including the hostel fee is 311000 for every class of people. But various scholarship schemes are offered too. The tuition fee consists of 198000 and others include sports fees, health fees, placement fees, etc.

Campus Life

My campus life is not as much as I expected. The library is good There are various clubs but I haven't joined any one of them. Crescendo and Crispretc are names of some of the club

Admission

JEE was the entrance exam with percentile of 95 percentile was required for the eligibility for the admission in college. Admission process was smooth. Teachers were there to help with the process. In case there weren't any particular document we can fill a form stating to submit it later.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

My views about IIIT-Nagpur

I majorly selected this collage and VNIT(metalurgy course ) as a backup, i got ther ECE-Iot in last CSAB round . VNIT have lots of better featurs like grounds , Events which a a lot better than iiitN. i kept the ECE-Iot above VNIT metalurgy thats why i got it , and i didnt fill any other things which i could have got.
